Give me chocolate for breakfast and I’m happy for the rest of the day. Sometimes, life is that easy! What I like about the combination of chia pudding and a chocolate banana smoothie are the different textures, I’m not the biggest fan of chia pudding on its own but mixed with a smoothie I’m really enjoying it! For the chia pudding mix 3 tbsp chia seeds with 150ml soy milk or any other plant based milk. Stir well and let it set for 10 minutes. Stir again and place it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, mix 1 banana with 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp ground almonds, 3/4 cup soy yoghurt and optionally one scoop of vegan protein powder. If you add the protein powder, add some water or almond milk because it would be too thick. Layer the pudding and the smoothie in a jar and top with bananas, roasted hazelnut and some chocolate.
