Hey, I’m Sarah, I’m 30 and I’m passionate about food and especially about cakes, smoothies and healthy breakfast ideas! I am currently living in Munich and love the city but still wander around to find a place I can call home.

With this blog I want to show you how exciting breakfast can be, how easy it it to create plant-based food and hopefully inspire you to try many recipes and make your breakfast more nutritious and colorful.

Many of my recipes are vegan, I am not living a strict vegan diet, it is more that I prefer non-dairy products anyway and it’s so simple to swap animal products for plantbased ones.
