Long time no see pancakes! Since I’m having a new waffle iron, I hardly make any pancakes because they just take longer and you have to wash up a pan afterwards. The more happy I was when I finally decided to make some! Really liked this easy recipe for vegan chocolate pancakes, and topped with berries and maple syrup, nothing can go wrong anyway. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 ripe and mashed banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
Method:
Whisk all together, heat up a pan and bake from both sides for 2-3 minute. I tell you a secret, I added 1 tsp of vegan Nutella into the batter, gives it the extra chocolate touch 😉
