Everyone loves Avocado, right? Although avocado on toast is probably my all-time favorite, its great in smoothies too! The texture doesn’t get any creamier and in combination with spinach, you already having a good portion of your daily greens with your breakfast! I like adding some pineapple for sweetness, because its still in the morning and I’m having a sweet tooth 😉
For one bowl mix
- 1 small avocado
- 1 big handful of baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
in a food blender. Serve with seeds, nuts and fresh berries.
