Red Velvet Protein Bowl
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 small raw and peeled beet root
- 1 small banana
- 1 scoop of Supernutritions Banana Protein Blend
- 125g coconut yoghurt (or any other plant based yoghurt)
Mix all in a food blender and serve with fresh fruit, seeds and nuts.
