Tahini Swirl Blondies

I’ve made them very often when I had some sweet craving but actually didn’t have anything sweets at home. They are made in no time and packed with loads of protein!

1 can chickpeas or white beans 
1/3 cup oats 
1/3 cup Tahini (keep 1 tbsp for the swirl)
pinch of salt 
1/4 cup agave syrup
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Few chocolate chunks 

Preheat oven to 175C/350F, rinse the beans or chickpeas and add with all other ingredients (except raspberries and chocolate) in a food processor and blend well. Prepare a 8×8 pan with parchment paper, transfer the batter into the tin and swirl some extra Tahini on top, add raspberries and chocolate chunks, bake for 12-15 min and let it cool down completely
