Blueberry Spring Bowl

Spring has arrived with all it’s beauty! I already bought lots of flowers for the balcony and love strolling through the streets and see all the pretty cherry blossoms! This bowl is a super easy breakfast which doesn’t take any time! On another note, the bracelets you can see on the pic are from Fay with Love.  I was never a big jewelry person and most times all I wear would be a watch and my rings. But this has changed since I got their bracelets. The left ones are called Inner Goddess and are made with Howlite stone which should facilitate awareness and reduce stress and the right one is called Aura and is made with organic hemp. I’m badly in love with them and when you look for some bohemian fashion and jewelry you shouldn’t miss them!


Mix 1 cup of blueberries (I used frozen ones), with 1 banana (if you use fresh blueberries, use a frozen and sliced banana instead, otherwise you won’t get a thick consistency) and 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt in a food blender! That’s it! I added 1 teaspoon of blue matcha powder in this bowl as I’m currently on a coffee detox and still feel like I need an energy boost in the morning. What would also work perfectly is adding 1 teaspoon of Açaí powder!
