Do you add greens or vegetables to your breakfast? Actually smoothies and smoothies bowls are so great for it as once mixed with sweet fruit like pineapple or banana, it doesn’t taste ‘healthy’ at all and you are already sorted for one portion vegetables this day. Give it a try, I’m sure you will love it as much as I do.
This pink bowl is made with 1/2 raw beet (peel it!), 1/2 frozen banana, 50g raspberries, juice of two blood oranges, 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt and 1 teaspoon cacao nibs. Mix all in a food blender. I had it as a snack, so the portion is rather small. Just double the amount to have a filling breakfast! Top the bowl with berries, lychees and some amaranth muesli.
