Blueberry Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Making smoothie bowls and decorating them is like a morning meditation for me. Beside that, I love starting the day with a colorful breakfast, especially when it’s getting cold outside. That’s a way of keeping the summer in my heart 🙂 Hope you enjoy this super easy recipe!

How to make:

Mix one cup frozen blueberries with one banana, 150 g coconut yoghurt and two slices of pitaya in a foodblender until smooth.

Decorate with blueberries, banana and pitaya – done! Healthy breakfast within less than 5 minutes!
