Tropical Smoothie meets Indian Spice! The combination of sweet mango and the spicy turmeric is a match made in heaven. Give it a try and begin with only a bit of turmeric, as it is quite strong in taste, you don’t want to add too much of it. I had the smoothie with my beloved amaranth muesli and a few blackberries.
How to make:
Blend one fresh mango with 150g almond yoghurt (or any other one), 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and a bit of crushed ice. Fill into a jar and top with fruits and muesli.
