Avocado LOVE! I love avocado in all ways – on the bread, just on its own with salt and pepper, as guacamole and of course as a smoothie or better as a cream. Because adding avocado makes the smoothie so dreamy creamy. For some energy kick in the morning, add matcha!
Very simple recipe:
Mix one avocado, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1/2 banana and 150 g almond yoghurt. I had it with some crunchy amaranth seed muesli and was in breakfast heaven.
