Açai Chia Morning Boost

Hey lovelies, just catching up with recipes on the blog! Being busy on Instagram and posting also a lot of recipes there, I often forget about the blog although Instagram was first only a way to get people onto the blog its more time consuming than I thought it will be. But I’m loving it and I’m so happy of all the people I met there. Another personal note – in “real” life I’m working in Marketing. At the moment for a food company in Hamburg and before that for a fashion company in London. Blogger relations have always been part of my job from the company side. So when I first received a mail from a company as blogger myself asking if I like to test their products I was so excited!

Berioo is a Superfood Company having all kind of products in their range. They are based quite close to my hometown, and their communication is lovely so I was more than happy to receive some products and I love all of them! Especially the Açai Powder I used for this morning boost. Lots of Love, Sarah x

Chia pudding:

Mix 150 ml plantbased milk with 3 tbsp chia seeds. Stir after 10 min and then leave in the fridge over night.

Açai Cream:

Mix a handful of blackberries, blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana, 100 g coconut yoghurt and 2 tsp Açai powder.

Garnish with muesli and fresh fruits. Enjoy!
