Coconut Breakfast Bowls filled with Cherry and Mango Nice Cream

Opening a coconut in the morning is an arm workout by itself but breakfast is tasting 10 times better in these sweet bowls.
How to make:
For the cherry nice cream mix a cup of frozen cherries with half a banana, a handful shredded coconut and a few spoons coconut yogurt. For the mango version swap cherries for mangos and add fresh passion fruit for some extra tropical taste.
