Waffles are my all-time favorite treat! I just could make them every weekend in all kind of variations and this recipe is so easy, it’s made in no time! I used loads of peanut butter here because – why not 🙂 And there are not much more words needed, so happy baking!
Recipe for 6 waffles
2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar (I used the sugar alternative Erythrit), 1 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup orange juice, 1/3 cup sunflower oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tbsp raw cacao powder. Combine all ingredients and bake 6 fluffy waffles. Serve with peanut butter and banana.
