Dark Chocolate Coconut Tart

This tart is chocolate heaven. It’s made in no time with only 6 ingredients and it’s vegan. I’m not a massive fan of raw tarts so I was testing some baked ones for a while and happy to share this recipe with you.

For the crust
60g sugar
100g soft vegan butter 
160g flour
2 tbsp raw cacao powder 
Mix all ingredients and place dough in the fridge for 20min. Grease a tart tin, roll the dough and place into the tin. Bake at 180C/375F for 15 min.

For the filling 
200 ml coconut milk
160 g dark chocolate 
Bring the coconut milk to boil over medium heat in a sauce pan. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and let it cool down for a bit. Spread over the crust and place in the fridge over night. 
Decorate with berries or just have it without any toppings.
