Chia Pudding and me haven’t been friends the first time I tried it. I didn’t like the texture and was also bit disappointed with the taste. But I decided to give it another go and I’m so glad I did – because it’s so amazing when you mix it with Mango Cream or any other cream (for example avocado and banana). Oh, and I was so happy when I found a star fruit in the organic shop – I just remember them from cocktails but they are such a pretty breakfast companion as well!
How to make:
I mixed 300 ml almond milk with 4 table spoons chia seeds and 2 teaspoons maca pulver and left it in the fridge over night. But don’t worry about the maca, it works without it as well. For the mango cream I mixed some fresh and frozen mango (just because I didn’t have enough fresh one ) with coconut yogurt in a food blender – that’s it. Very basic, and it works with any other yogurt as well.
