Raw Buckwheat Porridge

Raw Buckwheat Porridge is such a great and healthy breakfast which is super easy to prepare and keeps you filled up for a long time. The taste is very creamy and unique, if you are looking for some breakfast variety, try out this raw porridge! You will love it and you can also try different fruits, it will work with any berries or even mango!

For one serving

Soak 100g buckwheat groats over night in 200ml water. In the morning, drain the water from the buckwheat and rinse well. That is very important because if will be a bit gooey. Place the groats in a food blender and add 1/2 ripe banana, 50ml almond milk, one teaspoon chia seeds and a big handful of raspberries. Blend until creamy. I served it with amaranth muesli and fresh blueberries. Next time I would try to add a berry sauce, just as an inspiration 😉 Love, Sarah x
