I have a new obsession – home made Pistachio milk ❤️It’s so easy and delicious. Find the recipe below, I recommend to make more because the milk will be gone so fast 🙂
Soak one cup pistachios in water overnight. Strain them and mix in a high speed blender with 1 date, a pinch of salt and 3 cups of water. Strain the mixture through a cloth and that’s it! For this smoothie mix 1.5 cups of the Pistachio milk with 1/2 avocado, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup baby spinach and 1 tsp barley grass powder. Top with berries, quinoa pops and cacao nibs.
