Oh dear, every year the same – autumn seems to catch me on the wrong foot. I’m not yet prepared for dark mornings and early dark evenings and wish I would live somewhere more south. Well, a colorful breakfast helps at least a bit, so this turquoise beauty definitely is one of my favorites at the moment.
For the bowl, mix 150 soy yoghurt is one banana and 1 tsp spirulina powder (or even less, the more you add, the darker it will become). I topped it with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and currants and some quinoa pops. Ready in less than 5 minutes!
